Everything was fantastic.

The ambiance at Gudauri Chalet was a pleasant change from the typical cold and impersonal hotels. The owners were hands-on and provided a personal touch to our stay. The food served was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the warmth of the place allowed us to easily connect and socialize with other guests.

Although the bed wasn't very comfortable, it was still manageable. There was a slight smell coming from the pipes, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The homemade food was absolutely delicious, and we were offered free wine which was a lovely touch. The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

We found the bed to be uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the nearby road. It was also a bit inconvenient that we couldn't pay with a card and had to clarify everything due to a language barrier with some of the staff.
